I made this SFI affiliate video to support my previous blog post which goes into more detail about how to motivate more of your SFIMG affiliates to take action and the “3 truths” about your SFI downline.

I created this video because I think it can help SFI affiliates adopt a better attitude towards their downline members, and a better approach to finding and working with the action-takers in their teams.
A lot of SFI affiliates tend to get disheartened when their referrals or other downline members join the program and then do nothing.
Some people go so far as to “blame” their failure to make money with SFI on their “inactive downline,” but this is a mistake.
Your failure to build a viable business with SFI is YOUR responsibility, not your downline’s!
On the other hand, if you succeed in building an active team and a successful SFI business, then you know who to thank – the action-takers in your downline! 🙂
Once you understand that you can build a successful SFI business by working with a SMALL group of regular action takers in your downline, you will stop worrying about the sleepers in your team.
It is important to understand that the majority of people do not take action; that many of those who do take action, will not take enough action; and that you can build a successful business with the “Happy Few” who show up every day, week and month and work on building their business without giving up.
If you motivate and help those people, your SFI business will grow.
Also, as you and your small team of action takers begin to see success, you may find that some of your semi-active and dormant affiliates start getting more involved, having been inspired, impressed or even goaded by your growing success.
So, just to recap, here are the three steps you should be taking in SFI and in any other team-building business you may be in:
Step 1: Communicate with your team! Reach out to them from the day they join and offer your support.
Step 2: Motivate your team! Take the initiative and reward your action takers. (I think Gift Certificates are a great way to reward your most active team members in SFI!)
Step 3: Stay in view! As an SFI affiliate, make use of the communication tools available in your back office to keep yourself in your affiliates’ line of site. You can also make use of social media to achieve this effect.
